Important Unboxing Requirement

📹 A complete 360° unboxing video is mandatory for any return, replacement, or refund request.

The video must:

• Start before opening the package.
• Clearly show all sides of the sealed parcel.
• Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits.
• Clearly show any damage, defect, missing item, or incorrect product received.

⚠️ Claims for damaged, missing, incorrect, or defective products may not be approved without a clear and continuous unboxing video.

Refund & Return Policy

At DOMINGOS™, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Return Eligibility

We offer returns and replacements only for products that:

✅ Arrive damaged

✅ Arrive defective or not functioning properly

✅ Are significantly different from the item ordered

Return Request Window

Customers must report any damaged, defective, or incorrect product within 48 hours of delivery by providing:

• Order Number
• Clear photos/videos of the product
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for:

❌ Change of mind after purchase

❌ Incorrect product selection by the customer

❌ Minor variations in color, packaging, or appearance

❌ Normal wear and tear or damage caused after delivery

Refund Process

Once the issue is verified by our support team:

✅ A replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost, or

✅ A full refund will be processed if a replacement is unavailable.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer, UPI, or another suitable payment method after verification.
